Life is all about patterns! We feature patterns in some form or fashion all through the year and some just about every day. Patterns help our girls make connections, put things together, and make predictions more accurately. Beginning to see patterns in their environment such as day and night, 7 days a week, 12 months a year, and word patterns will give them a sense of order. We also collect, organize and gather data by using graphs.

Reflection: When I see my girls recognizing patterns in the environment and exploring data I know they see how things fit together and work. They are thinking mathematically!!
