WOW! Have we had fun planting carrots and watching them grow! We planted the seeds way back in August and have kept track of their growth all through the fall! What a GREAT experience to harvest the carrots these little farmers planted! Throughout the process the girls did observational drawings and journal entries of the progress of their growth. We sorted them, counted them, washed them, and my favorite part...ATE THEM!
Truly a farm to table experience!
We counted carrots!
We washed carrots!
We ATE carrots!
