Some days are yellow. Some are blue. On different days I'm different too.
You'd be surprised how many ways I change on Different Colored Days.
On Bright Red Days how good it feels to be a horse and kick my heels!
On other days I'm other things. On Bright Blue Days I flap my wings.

Happy Birthday, Dr. Seuss! In honor of one of our favorite authors and in conjunction with our explorations of feelings and colors, the girls LOVED reading this book! They have shown me what their faces look like when they are happy, sad, tired, grumpy, and lots of other things. Have you ever seen any of these expressions on your girl's face?

Check out the slide show to see how colors make the girls feel.

Here's one example from the playground. Several girls had been working really hard to get on the monkey bars...
I'm not frustrated anymore. Now that someone showed me what to do, I'm feeling... PROUD! - Clayden
I love that the girls are trying new things! I love that the girl are teaching new things! I love that girls are learning new things! I love that the girls are excited about new things!
I love that the girls are encouraging each other! I love the girls!
