Mrs. Burt & Mrs. Clanton
Our study of bugs has made us love bugs instead of being scared of them. The girls have learned so many facts about bugs that they can share with you. Here are some questions for you to ask them :
How many legs does a bug have?
Do they all fly and how do they hide their wings?
Which bugs do you see more of at night, which in the daytime?
What are the parts of a bug?
What do bugs eat and where do they live?
Here are the pictures of the bugs they made and the dictation about them.
Here are some pictures of our centers where we have learned many of the facts about bugs.
This was a giant floor puzzle that was very challenging. It took us 3 days to complete it. Skills used: co-operation, hand eye coordination and small motor control
We are observing our caterpillars that have turned into a chrysalis and butterflies soon.
EVERYONE LOOK FOR BUGS!
